    以上的開發信只是針對任意一家公司,如果要想開發信更成功,你就得研究或者了解一下這個公司的情況再發。 

    有的開發信中,并不能把所有東西都一一列出來,所以一天發個100封的開發信的人,一天很難記下前天發給誰了,日后很難去跟蹤,也不知道自己以前說了什么,如果是這樣,最好做個記錄;郵件已發出3天之內,馬上再發一封郵件跟蹤,過2如沒有回復,再發一封了解,第三封郵件剛發后30分鐘,馬上給個電話。 

    記住,成功的開發信,一般要有電話跟蹤才能比較有效果,當然有幸運的人,或是客戶也正好有詢價,有貨采購才會直接跟你聯系,所以為什么要日后電話溝通的原因?,F在一般一個客戶一天能收到很多信,你只有電話過去了,說明你請況,他才知道你是誰,什么公司,下次在電話的時候,他會說“oh, Jack? Jack wey from China,XXX company? Oh, how are you? …..”.
